About the program
The Prevocational Pathway (PVP) connects prevocational doctors with essential resources and self-guided learning to support:
- Building core knowledge and skills for specialist training
- Ongoing professional development during the transition to F欧美AV
- Practical skills training through F欧美AV-relevant workshops
- Earning six points in the F欧美AV trainee selection process (professional category)
Eligibility
- Australia: 聽Doctors must have completed and maintained the Certificate of Women鈥檚 Health (CWH), Associate 欧美AV Program – Procedural (PTP) or Associate 欧美AV Program -Advanced Procedural (APTP).
- Aotearoa New Zealand: Doctors must meet one of the eligibility requirements listed below.
Key dates and deadlines
Access to the Prevocational Pathway (PVP) lasts for two years from the date of enrolment. If not completed within this timeframe, re-enrolment is required.
F欧美AV Selection: 2026 application and completion deadlines

Fees
The Prevocational Pathway (PVP) requires a one-time course fee.
Before applying, please ensure that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the necessary documentation prepared.
are open year-round, except for a four-week shut-down during the annual F欧美AV Selection period. This period is dedicated to verifying documentation for those already enrolled in the program.

Course requirements
To receive certification for the Prevocational Pathway, you must successfully complete all 12 eLearning modules, submit certificates of completion for each of the three workshops, and complete the evaluation survey.
Single Workshops – Must include a face-to-face component. Pre-reading time can be included in the four hours if noted in the completion evidence.
Combination of Online and Face-to-Face – Total time must meet the four-hour minimum, with all components completed within one year. Submit all certificates to the PVP portal in a single upload.
Exemptions – If accepted into the F欧美AV 欧美AV Program, you may be exempt from repeating these workshops if they meet 欧美AV standards and were completed within two years before entering F欧美AV.
